With advanced surgery suites featuring the latest equipment, and assisted by highly trained nurses, surgeons perform a wide range of surgical procedures at the Medical Center of South Arkansas. New technologies such as endoscopic and arthroscopic surgeries and high precision equipment have resulted in more effective and accurate surgical treatment while reducing recovery time. Many patients can have surgery through our one-day surgery center and return home the same day. Most specialty surgeries are available at The Med Center, allowing south Arkansas and north Louisiana patients the support of family and friends as they recover.
