Auxiliary & Volunteers

Volunteers at the Medical Center of South Arkansas are a vital part of the hospital. Members of the Auxiliary donate thousands of hours each year providing support services for patients and staff.

The Tel-Care Program, originated in 1981 by the Medical Center of South Arkansas Auxiliary is an ongoing service to provide a daily telephone contact for people without a regular system of contact with family or friends. This community service is offered free of charge.
