David Fox, Chief Executive Officer
David has served as CEO since April 2022. He brings more than 25 years of clinical and hospital and health systems operations experience, most recently serving as chief operations officer (COO) for Baxter Regional Medical Center in Mountain Home, Ark. In this role and throughout his career, David has led service line development initiatives, recruited physicians to grow services locally, supported efforts to drive quality of care enhancements and developed strategic affiliations with other healthcare providers to further access and care.

Before joining Baxter Regional Medical Center, David held leadership positions with CHI St. Vincent in Little Rock as president of St. Vincent North and later as market vice president of network development. He began his career as a nuclear medicine technologist and has served in clinical and management roles with increasing responsibility for hospitals in Texas, Oklahoma and Baptist Health in Little Rock.

An Arkansas native, David grew up in Jacksonville, Arkansas. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Arkansas in Conway and a Master of Business Administration from Oklahoma City University in Tulsa. Fox is a fellow of both the American College of Healthcare Executives and American Healthcare Radiology Administrators.

Danna Wagnon Taylor, Assistant Administrator
Danna Wagnon Taylor brings with her a decade of experience in the healthcare industry. Over the past 16 years, Danna has served the hospital intermittently in different capacities. Danna serves as assistant administrator at Medical Center of South Arkansas (MCSA), where she manages ancillary services, hospital and physician clinic operations, and strategic initiatives.

Danna is a graduate of Westside Christian School in El Dorado, holds a bachelor’s in biology from Ouachita Baptist University and a master’s in healthcare administration from Trinity University. She is married to Matt and has two sons, Hudson and Cole. Danna is a member of Parkers Chapel First Baptist Church.
